All prices in the webstore are stated in NOK and include VAT. Shipping is required if delivery by mail is requested. Arranged pick ups in any Fresh Pepper Store however are free of charge. The customer shall cover the postage if the item is to be returned. The delivery time usually is about 2-4 days. Alternatively, any item can also be picked up directly in our stores. If you are under 18, you must have a guardian /parent permission to purchase items with us. You have the right to return goods within 14 days, in accordance with the Consumer Buying Act. Attached to all orders, follows a ‘right of return’ form, which must be filled in and enclosed when returning the products(s). When returning any products(s), these must be unused, the labels must be attached and the product(s) are to be returned in their original packaging. Should the product(s) be damaged upon arrival, kindly contact us, as we will cover the shipping cost for any reasonably sustainable claim that falls under the products warranty. Customer data is stored in accordance with the Norwegian law and will not be shared with or sold to any third party.
We accept VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details.

International customers please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship perfumes outside the EU due to shipping regulations covering the transportation of hazardous goods.
Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
We do not under any circumstances undervalue any of our orders.
When shopping on www.pepperstores.com from outside of Norway, our pricing is set to accommodate any import taxes you may encounter. Therefore the price you see is excluding the 25% Norwegian VAT. For example: A customer within Norway pays €100 for an item. The same item is sold to customers outside of Norway for €80 but the same customer risks paying local import taxes on the item. These charges are the responsibility of you, the buyer, and are set by the local tax authorities in your country.

Orders can be returned within 14 days after delivery.
Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags etc still attached. Pepper reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with the above criteria.
A copy of the order confirmation email received at time of purchase must be included in your return shipment to prevent delays.
We will send an confirmation email when we have received your returned goods.
We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving them. As long as the returned items meet our refund criteria, you will be refunded within 24-48 hours If you’ve made the payment with Paypal.
If you’ve made the payment with klarna, the refund will be with you within 3-7 working days.
We do not refund postage on items that the buyer refuse to accept delivery on, however we will send any replacement items to you free of charge regardless of destination.
Should you be returning a faulty/incorrect/damaged item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
