Samtlige priser i nettbutikken er oppgitt i NOK og inkl. mva. Porto tilkommer dersom levering via post ønskes. Å hente i butikken er gratis. Kunden dekker porto hvis varen skal returneres.
Leveringstiden er normalt 2-4 dager. Varen kan også hentes i butikken.
Er du under 18 år må du ha tillatelse av foresatt/verge for å bestille hos oss.
Du har etter forbrukerkjøpsloven full angrerett i 14 dager. Vedlagt alle bestillinger følger angrerettskjema, som må benyttes. Ved retur må varen være ubrukt, merkelappene må ikke taes av, og varen sendes i retur i sin orginale emballasje.
Reklamasjon gis ved feil eller mangler på varen(e). Ta kontakt med oss ved en evt. retur.
Kundedata oppbevares ifølge norsk lov, og vil ikke bli delt med /solgt til en tredjepart.
ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION
By approving these terms & conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into.
When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Fridays, over the weekends, and/or during holidays are processed the following Monday or business day.
We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order.
We use UPS to send all of our international orders and Bring for all of our domestic orders.
International customers please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
International delivery times may vary, particularly if shipments are subject to customs and duty procedures beyond our control.
We do our best to include the original packaging provided by brands that package their products. On occasion display items will not include original packaging but will be packed safely to protect the item(s) being shipped.
All orders are shipped in boxes and/or protective envelopes.
Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
We do not under any circumstances undervalue any of our orders.
When shopping on www.pepperstores.com from outside of Norway, our pricing is set to accommodate any import taxes you may encounter. Therefore the price you see is excluding the 25% Norwegian VAT. For example: A customer within Norway pays €100 for an item. The same item is sold to customers outside of Norway for €80 but the same customer risks paying local import taxes on the item. These charges are the responsibility of you, the buyer, and are set by the local tax authorities in your country.

A copy of the order confirmation email received at time of purchase must be included in your return shipment to prevent delays.
We will send an confirmation email when we have received your returned goods.
We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving them. As long as the returned items meet our refund criteria, you will be refunded within 24-48 hours If you’ve made the payment with paypal.
If you’ve made the payment with klarna, the refund will be with you within 3-7 working days.
We do not refund postage on items that the buyer refuse to accept delivery on, however we will send any replacement items to you free of charge regardless of destination.
Should you be returning a faulty/incorrect/damaged/wrong sized item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
We are licensed stockists for all of our products. They are 100% authentic.
