PAYMENT METHODS

We accept VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. Payments for customers in Norway are processed through Klarna and all international orders are processes using Stripe.

All prices in are stated in NOK and include VAT.

Customer data is stored in accordance with the Norwegian law and will not be shared with or sold to any third party.

STORE CREDIT & GIFT CERTIFICATES

Please contact our customer care team at contact@pepperstores.com to purchase gift certificate or play an order using a store credit or gift certificate.

VAT / SALES TAX

When shopping on www.pepperstores.com from outside of Norway, our pricing is set to accommodate any import taxes you may encounter. Therefore the price you see is excluding the 25% Norwegian VAT.

For example: A customer within Norway pays €100 for an item. The same item is sold to customers outside of Norway for €80 but the same customer is responsible for local customs duties and taxes on the item.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Norway Free In Store Pick Up Available at Christiesgate 9, 5015 Bergen. Free Shipping for Orders Over 1500 kr. Standard Shipping: 90 kr – 1–3 working days.

European Union, Switzerland Standard Shipping: 22 Euro – Typically 4–7 working days.

Non Eu, North America, South America, Asia, and Oceania Standard Shipping: 27 Euro – Typically 5–12 working days. Please allow 3–4 weeks when shipping to South Korea, Japan, & Hong Kong.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Order handling may be delayed during Sale periods and holidays.

TRACKING MY ORDER

You will receive an order confirmation with tracking details; you can track your package at https://www.bring.no/english. Please note that order will be transferred to and delivered via your local postal service.

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Customs duties and taxes are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

We do not under any circumstances undervalue any of our orders.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship perfumes outside the EU due to shipping regulations covering the transportation of hazardous goods.

Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Orders can be returned within 14 days after delivery. Customers are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges. Items purchased online can also be returned at any Fresh Pepper location.

Please follow the steps below when returning an item to Fresh Pepper:

  • Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags etc still attached. Fresh Pepper reserves the right to refuse any returned items which do not comply with the above criteria.
  • Complete the ‘right of return’ form, which must be filled in and enclosed in your return.
  • Please include a copy of the order invoice or packing slip included in the original shipment to prevent delays.
  • International customers please include your invoice number and note “Return shipment to Norway” on the airway bill.
  • Pack your shipment in a bag or box and mail your return or exchange using your carrier of choice to:FRESH PEPPER Attn: Returns Dept. Christiesgate 9 5015 Bergen Norway

EXCHANGES

Standard shipping rates apply, listed above. The customer is responsible for shipping charges of both the returned item and exchange item.

Please contact our customer care team to place an exchange order.

REFUNDS

We will send a confirmation email when we have processed the refund for your returned items. We aim to process returns which meet our refund criteria within 24–48 hours of receiving the returned items. Please allow 3–10 working days for the credit to appear in your account.

We do not refund shipping charges.

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact our customer care team immediately.
